Much more than just a word, Sustainability represents PG's working philosophy and the way in which it perceives the importance of balancing the relationship among business, the environment, and society. We believe that investment in social development drives benefits not only for society, but also for the organization. After all, socially responsible companies possess greater economy and efficiency, generating value and a positive reputation for the organization, attracting the trust of clients, suppliers, associates, and society.
Based on this vision, PG carries out its activities based on three pillars of sustainability:
Environmental – recycling and rationalization in employing resources.
Social – professional qualification of its associates and attention to needy children.
Economic – a solid and lasting business model, prioritizing an effective return to its associates, suppliers, and clients.
Since 2007, PG has been lending financial support to an NGO that works on the South Side of São Paulo, called Centro de Convivência de Itatinga, that provides assistance to 150 children.
In addition to financial help, the children also receive affection and attention. The office team makes periodic visits to the Center, providing everyone with moments of relaxation and happiness.
