In today’s society, relationships between employees and employers must be reviewed regularly to keep them in sync with economic realities.

Collective negotiation is a consensual process that takes place between employees and employers.

For certain aspects of the labor relationship, companies can use negotiation to defend their interests when signing collective conventions (among unions) or collective agreements (between workers and companies) for setting specific working conditions.
