Our services encompass the preparation of corporate documents of any type, shareholders agreements, articles of incorporation, representation at general shareholders meetings, and assistance with all corporate matters, such as the planning and implementation of corporate reorganization processes, incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, split-offs, transformations, and company liquidations.

Our office does the planning and survey of alternatives for foreign investments in Brazil and their recording, as well as assisting foreign investors in general with issues relating to the remittance of dividends, divestitures and repatriation of capital, whether for corporations, limited partnerships, investment banks, or financial institutions.
