Public Law

As a result of the growing oversight of companies by the government arising from consumer relations and environmental legislation, the Public Law Department was created with the intention of deepening knowledge of the area in order to meet this type of demand with excellence. We act not only preventively, to preserve and improve companies’ images vis-à-vis the government, but also in litigation and in the administrative and judicial spheres.

In the administrative sphere, we prepare defense arguments and appeals in administrative actions and in the event of infraction notices to lift administrative sanctions imposed by consumer protection agencies, and we prepare defense arguments to protect clients’ interests in civil investigations initiated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office.

Within the judicial sphere, we file actions to annul administrative fines imposed by consumer protection agencies and actions to submit to jurisdictional oversight the errors committed and arbitrary rulings handed down by the public administration.
