We believe in digital economy and in the transforming power of startups. Therefore, we have a specialized group in the service to these angel companies and investors, funds and companies interested in open innovation. More than making contracts, our work aims to understand the context of each company and balance the rights and obligations, enabling the agile performance of investment raising operations. We help investors to create investment vehicles, such as Special Partnerships (SCP) and Private Equity Investment Funds (FIP). We work jointly with our Digital Law and Tax Law area to better understand the businesses of startups and propose coherent physical structures with its models. We attend the greatest and better environments for innovation in the country and abroad and we perform close to regulatory agencies to enable new products and services based on last generation technology. We like to promote events for discussions of subjects that interest the entire ecosystem, to share knowledge and generate businesses.
