Only when the risks involved are correctly understood it is possible to establish agreements that protect the parties' interest without hindering the internal contract economy.

The performance of a specialized team in technology agreements promotes the most efficient allocation of contractual risks and the improvement of controls in outsourced services. This work involves the analysis of documents and interfaces, preparation and review of drafts and support in the negotiation of contractual instruments involving SaaS, Cloud Computing, ERP, CRM, Use License, MoU, SLA, NDA, assignment of technology in M&A, from activities as:

• Analysis of technical and legal risks in agreements of IT, Telecom, Softwarehouse, cloud computing, Saas (Software as a Service) and Data Management (Big Data);
• Preparation and analysis of international agreements;
• Preparation, review and negotiation of agreements and SLAs;
• Preparation and/or review of partnership agreements, service rendering, necessary supplies to make the activity possible;
• Analysis and performance with commercial barriers (exportation) and instruments of commercial defense (importation)
• Legal advice for the transition of IT and Telecom suppliers;
• Support in the re-negotiation of contractual conditions and pre-litigious conflicts - notifications, negotiations and agreements, mediation and arbitration of agreements;
• Recovery of income in the breach of conditions established in contracts;
• Preparation, review and negotiation of agreements that involve storage and/or digitalization of documents as well as approval of processes and software to ensure the legal safety of the documentation.
